WEEE COMPLIANCE IN MALTA

Collection and Recycling Arrangements in Malta

Vinten products are sold in Malta by dealers. The dealers act as the importer of the equipment into Malta. Thus the dealers have the legal responsibility to:

  • Register as the WEEE producer in Malta.
  • Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Vinten products that the dealer sells in Malta.
