Vitec Group plc has acquired Radamec Broadcast Systems.

It will be located in the Camera Support Systems division with Vinten Broadcast Ltd. Vitec expects to develop the broadcast robotics business by finding appropriate synergy between the two operations. These will focus on manufacturing and product development to produce the best products at the highest quality level for the future.
Vitec assures the customers of both Vinten and Radamec that it has every intention of fully supporting the current products lines as per our current practice (8 to 10 years), and that any new purchases will also be fully supported.
