Vinten, a Vitec Group brand, has launched new Extended Warranty packages to keep their customer's equipment in optimum condition. The pilot scheme currently covers the UK, France and Germany with plans to extended further in the near future.
Covering a range of ENG and EFP camera support heads and tripods, the new Extended Warranty packages provide a comprehensive solution for owners wishing to safeguard against unexpected servicing bills.
Vinten's servicing workshops are well-known for their exceptional technical expertise. Owners buying an Extended Warranty will be able to access this as often as is required for their products, as there are no limits placed on the number of services that can be claimed for under warranty.
Two options have been created: Premium and Value. Both offer unlimited services and repair to faulty parts, with the Premium offering replacement or repair of parts due to wear and tear as well. Moreover, Extended Warranties can be purchased for up to 6 years on a new product - a timespan no competitor can better.

All new Vinten products already come with 1 year's warranty as standard, which extends to 2 years upon completion of an online production registration form.
