Making its worldwide launch at IBC 2000 is the lightweight VISION 3 from Vinten. This exciting pan & tilt head is the ultimate support for the new digital age of smaller, lighter, video cameras, and the perfect choice for all Professional Video and ENG applications.
Weighing just 2.3kg, it is the smallest and lightest head in the VISION range, specifically designed for the more discerning operator using today's digital cameras.
The Vision 3 incorporates many key features you would usually expect to see only in larger, more expensive heads, such as an illuminated levelling bubble, a full ±90º of tilt and 'detented' and calibrated drag knobs. Incorporating the proven lubricated friction LF drag system, the Vision 3 provides the smoothest 'on shot' camera movement and control, whatever the situation.
The Vision 3 provides you with total flexibility and peace of mind, due to its unique interchangeable spring mechanism. This enables you to vary your camera without changing your pan & tilt head, as additional springs can be purchased and interchanged easily, for balancing alternate payloads between 1kg and 10kg.
The new Vision 3, with 75mm bowl, is available in a number of system options. These include a single or two-stage tripod, made from durable aluminium or lightweight carbon fibre, together with a standard floor spreader and soft carrying case.
