SEE VISION ISCRIPT – THE PRACTICAL, PORTABLE PROMPTING SYSTEM FROM VINTEN AT CABSAT

01/03/2007

G2-38
CABSAT, Dubai
5-12 March 2007

Vinten and Autoscript have teamed up to launch two portable production solutions with a host of features, that are conveniently packaged, reliable, fast to set-up and simple to use.

Both systems utilise the purpose-designed Vinten Vision iScript pan and tilt head with its unique platform. This reduces the time and effort required to attach a conventional prompting system with a pre-set counterbalance system tailored for the prompter system. So no more counterweights and wasted setup time.

Both systems are offered with the Autoscript GoPrompt 12 solution, with an innovative “speed mount” hood/bracket, which simply slips into the head platform and is securely locked off. GoPrompt has a range performance enhancements, including:

switchable hi/lo brightness for indoor and outdoor use

12vdc or universal mains

USB, wired and wireless connectivity for a variety of script communication options

the unique “RAT” remote wireless scroll controller for easy, reliable location scrolling

For location and production studios alike, scripted talking head sequences can be a long, expensive process, especially if no prompting system is available. The new Vision iScript Studio system is the ideal solution for studio situations, comprising the newly released Vision Ped Plus with its perfect balance column providing super smooth on-air control and a tracking/castoring skid allowing even more creative shots.

For longer pieces to camera on remote locations, the new Vision iScript ENG system has been designed to offer everything needed to maintain production values, in one robust lightweight package. It comprises a 2-stage Pozi-Loc Aluminum tripod, lightweight ground spreader, iScript head and GoPrompt 12, all packaged in a tough lightweight flight case. The new Vision iScript ENG system is the most convenient all-in-one location production system available.
