Vinten are delighted to announce a number of new and exciting additions to their popular product ranges at this years NAB.
New manual product supports include
Spread-Loc mid level spreader - a revolutionary new design that is proving to be 'the' spreader for all applications. Having recently been presented with a "Star Award" from TV Technology & Production Europe, its unique deployment system allows easier set up and a smaller tripod footprint than any other manufacturer
ENG and EFP Pozi-Loc tripods - combining an innovative clamping system with new advances in manufacturing technology. With a 90° turn from "on" to "off", the clamping system provides a positive indication that the tripod is securely locked. Both versions are available in Aluminium and Carbon Fibre with either single or two-stage legs.
Especially for HD and film
HD250 - an exciting new addition to the popular Vision range of pan & tilt heads, specifically designed to meet the exacting demands of camera operators working in HD and film production. HD 250 offers the film and HD market all the benefits of the award winning Vision 250, plus increased camera adjustment from the extended camera plate. It has an adjustable viewfinder-mounting bracket that maintains the viewfinder in the horizontal plane and a convenient front box mounting for essential things such as chalk and tape.
New IT products include
Vision 250 IT and Vision 250 E - ImageTracker products provide a precise link between spatial reality and the virtual set image. These systems combine the manually operated pan & tilt head with electronic positioning encoders to provide precise, real-time, digital electronic positioning of pan and tilt as well as focus and zoom. The Vision 250 E offers encoders in both the pan and tilt axis. This format is particularly useful for those Virtual Set providers who prefer encoder output and would rather use their own interface to the software.
The Vision 250 IT has the addition of an encoder capture board, housed in a black aluminium box with a switchable RS-232 & RS-422 communication port, compatible with most Virtual Studio applications in use today.
New AutoCam products include
ACS-125 - The new AutoCam™ Touchscreen Controller and joystick panel for studio robotic systems, utilising Windows technology and bringing enhanced operational features with expansive system architecture. This system works superbly with all existing AutoCam™ products and can control pedestals, heads and elevation units for up to 16 cameras.
HCS-125 - New Touchscreen controller and joystick panel - Utilising a traditional Windows front end, which can control up to 16 cameras, HCS-125 is designed for controlling heads and elevation units and works superbly with all existing AutoCam products.
Predator - A new and exciting remote controlled head from AutoCam™ utilising the new Vision 250 E at the driving end. Offering exceptionally high speed, on-air quality movement, the Predator is suitable for use in all situations where rapid response is critical and where local operation may be restricted.
