WEEE COMPLIANCE IN NETHERLANDS

Collection and Recycling Arrangements in the Netherlands

Vinten equipment is sold in the Netherlands by dealers. The dealer acts as the importer of the equipment into the Netherlands. Thus the dealer has the legal responsibility to:

  • Register as the WEEE producer in the Netherlands
  • Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Vinten equipment that the dealer sells in the Netherlands
